At checkout you must also pick a day of delivery (Between Tuesday -Saturday).
For next day deliveries your order must be made before 10:00 am the day before. If there is a day that is not available on the website this means we have either reached our delivery capacity or you have missed the cut off time.
Please note: Exact delivery times are not possible due to volume of orders.
We are currently only delivering Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. between 10 am – 6 pm. If you require a customised delivery on a Sunday or Monday please email to see if this can arranged. Additional fees may apply.
Unfortunately, this is not possible. If no one is home the following actions are taken:
1. The driver will call the recipient at least 2 times.
2. If no answer the driver will attempt contacting another person in the apartment block/neighbour. A delivery notice with information regarding who (apartment level, name) the box was given to will be left for the recipient.
Please be aware that if no one is home we have no responsibility of the box once it has been left.
Yes we do! Our preparation kitchen is located in Mitte and you’re welcome to pick up from this location between 13:00 – 17:00. At checkout, please click the pick-up option and ensure your email confirmation can be viewed at the time of collecting.
Note: The premises closes at 17:30 and we are not responsible if your box has not been collected before this time.
Hell yeah! This is the simplest way for them/you to receive box/surprise!
Please include NAME OF BUSINESS, OPENING HOURS and any other information the driver may need to help locate the business.
Please note: If business opens and closes during the day, this information is required!
Of course, all school deliveries will be left at the administration office for the recipient to collect. We cannot deliver directly to classrooms.
Delivery instructions must include the SCHOOL NAME and WHO it is for e.g. Teacher, Student in the additional delivery instructions section.
We are currently not delivering to hospitals due to the COVID-19 restrictions
Please write the NAME OF BUSINESS, ADDRESS, LEVEL and OPEN HOURS. Also write clear instructions in additional delivery instructions so the driver will know exactly where to go.
Unfortunately, this is difficult for us to perform. If required, please write in the instructions your preferred time slot, but we CAN NOT GUARANTEE that it will be delivered at that time. Orders will arrive between 10 am – 6 pm on your selected date or during your Business Hours that you have advised (e.g. 12-6pm).
Please contact us via email or through the website including the order number and any information that needs to be updated. If the box has been successfully delivered, we have no responsibility for this, you will need to collect it yourself.
We can offer a full refund if you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery date.
If you notify us less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery date and we have already prepared your gift box, we can only provide a 50% refund for the cancellation for your order.
